In the UK there are thousands of legitimate claims from individuals (claimants) for compensation under consumer litigation, however, many of these claimants are unable to pursue their claims due to insufficient resources to cover legal fees and therefore require financial support.

Litigation funding is where an outside party (Investor) covers the legal costs of a claimant's case for a percentage of the damages resulting from successful litigation.

Claimants are ensured a high level of success due to UK Supreme Court rulings (The UK's Highest Court).

We collaborate with the UK's foremost specialists who focus on high-volume litigation in consumer law, achieving a success rate upwards of 95% .

Capital is invested through our independent Isle of Man investment company, which is then allocated and invested into individual litigation cases managed by our legal partners.

Once each case is completed (with an average duration of 6 months from assignment to settlement), investment and profits are directed back to the fund for subsequent distribution to the clients.

Investors will receive regular updates on capital deployment, case-related activities and financial performance.

The investment has a minimum duration of 12 months, with investment returns disbursed at both the 6-month and 12-month intervals.

Investments are supported with 100% Capital Protection through comprehensive After The Event Insurance (ATE).

This is an insurance policy designed to cover legal expenses and costs associated with pursuing a claim. It ensures the reimbursement of the capital invested by the investor in the event of any lost claims, providing complete capital protection.

All claimants are required to obtain this insurance; otherwise, the case will not proceed, and payment is handled through our legal partners.

What is Housing Disrepair?

By law, UK local authorities are obligated to offer housing that adheres to specific minimum standards of repair and health and safety regulations. If they do not fulfill this obligations within a reasonable timeframe, tenants have the right to initiate a alegal claim.

Exit Strategy & Returns

The Litigation Investment Scheme will offer an opportunity for dividing or profit redemption six months after the final close and again at the end of the 12th month, marking the year-end liquidity event. If there is a decision to roll over the investment at the end of the first year, a similar redemption window will be accessible in the second year for dividend encashment, leading to the final exit at the end of the second year.
